SoFanatics is a platform website that brings latest news from the world’s top football leagues, we try to offer creative highlight videos covering the biggest teams, players and leagues. We also bring latest news about market transfers, player’s gossips and any other related news that would keep up to date with your favorite club. SoFanatics is a brand product/service name that belongs to Weez plus division, which at its turn belongs to Qlenx Limited Liability company (Qlenx Ltd).

SoFanatics ("we", "us" or "Weez plus") is a business division of the Qlenx Limited Liability company (Qlenx Ltd), headquartered in Central Finland JYVÄSKYLÄ and registered under business number 28652262. Weez plus is a business branch within Qlenx Ltd which is an IT and digital marketing services provider. In this notice, each of the properties is referred to as "platforms". When we refer to the "Service" in this Privacy Notice, this means the provision of the content on the platform to the user.

  1. PURPOSE OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE


SoFanatics respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. Therefore, this notice explains why SoFanatics collects information concerning the users of the platform (each a "user", "you" or “your” ), what type of information we collect and how we use that information. This privacy notice will inform you as to how we look after your information when you (a) sign-up to receive our newsletters or information about our products and services;(b) sign-up for any arranged event or competition; or (c) visit and/or use our platform including but not limited to our desktop websites, and mobile websites (collectively, our “Platforms”).     6. Information about how users behave on our platforms (such as the type of content they view, how frequently, at what times etc).

Social Media Profile: we collect your social media profile details including your social media username, your name, profile photo and any other information you choose to make available to us when you connect with or contact us through your social media account or use our products and services through your social media account.
    8. Marketing Data: We collect information in relation to your response to the marketing activities carried out by us such as information about when you open our email communications.
  2. Identity Data and Contact Data. We collect information which relates directly to you (such as your name and contact details, communication preferences) when you sign-up to any newsletter service, enter a promotion, competition or prize draw or otherwise ask to receive information from us relating to our offers, products and services. In General. We receive and store information you enter on our website or give us in any other way.

Much of the User Information that we collect, and most of the information we employ in connection with advertising, is obtained via the use of cookies and similar technologies. Inside our services , we may share User Information with any member of soFanatics where this is necessary for business administration purposes in accordance with applicable law. We may also allow other members of soFanatics to contact users with relevant offers, competitions and latest news (where they have consented to doing so, if required by applicable laws).

Third party services, we share your personal data, including name, email address, phone number and country to, a customer relationship management third-party service. The purpose of using CRM is to provide you customer support, e.g., sending you Services’ updating information, and newsletter subscription. For newsletter, you can unsubscribe by sending us notification in text form to the contact options given under “Contact Us” section. There is, of course, also a cancellation link in every newsletter.

Corporate transaction, in the situation such as a sale, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, we may share your personal information.

We do not rent or sell personal information about you to any other third parties, however, we reserve the right, to conduct additional processing to the extent permitted or required by law, or in support of any legal or criminal investigation.

We understand that the security of your User Information is important to you, therefore, we use data hosting service providers to host the information we collect, in a PostgreSQL database with all personal information encrypted. soFanatics is committed to protecting the information we collect. While no website can guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they only may do so for permitted business functions.

Our platforms are not directly intended for children and should not be used by them unless supervised by a parent or guardian.
